Shearing

We have shears that can cut sheets up to 96” in length. We laser cut anything that cannot be easily sheared.

CNC Bending

Our automated CNC bending machines enable us to precisely bend most materials and thicknesses up to 10 feet in length.

Welding

We have welding machines that enable us to MIG (metal inert gas) and TIG (tungsten inert gas) weld steel, stainless, aluminum, and brass.

Spot Welding

Spot welding joins pieces of metal together at a number of different points by the heat obtained from resistance to electric current. It is a lighter form of welding and we have two machines to do this.

Grinding & Deburring

We have several different grinding machines and operators skilled at removing sharp edges and creating a smooth, finished look to products. We also have a belt grinder that can remove the burr and apply grains with various grits to parts.

Water Jet
