One of your real keys to Jackson Machine & Manufacturing’s success is our Project Manager system.  As soon as a purchase order is received, the system goes into operation.  Within 24 hours, a Project Manager is assigned to the job, and a project team is formed.  The team consists of the Project Manager and a shop floor group leader, as well as the salesman.  It is the responsibility of the Project Manager to follow the job throughout the process.  The Project Manager is responsible for clearing all roadblocks and coordinating the application of the company’s resources to the project.  They handle all schedules, technical and routine contacts with the customer.  We guarantee that you will get consistent and accurate information when you do business with the experts.
